With ideal elevation, pristine climate, and fertile soil, this land is perfect for natural, chemical-free cultivation nurturing the earth and conserving local varietals.
Right here on the estate, our cherry processing mill and roasting house operate in a closed-loop system, allowing us to control quality from the field to each roast.
This is not merely a production site but a place where our passion is instilled in every bean pure, authentic, and richly characteristic of the highlands.

1. Coffee Plantation
Our coffee plantation is more than just a growing area it is a living repository for rare native varietals.
Spread across the pristine highlands, each row of coffee trees is tended with natural methods, reflecting our dedication to preserving the original flavors of Đa Sar.
2. Nursery
The PURO nursery is where robust, sustainable coffee saplings are born. Here, we germinate, select, and cultivate varietals suited to our local terroir thereby conserving precious genetic resources and preparing for future high-quality harvests.
